Residence services
 

- Weekly and multi-week rental, from Saturday or Monday.

- In some periods of the low season, free arrival day and a minimum stay of 2 nights.

- Prices include: linen, electricity, beach sercice (1 umbrella, 2 sun loungers), 1 parking place and entrance to the Wellness center (swimming pools, whirlpool, saunas, Turkish bath, gym).

- The cleaning of the apartments during the stay is the responsibility of the guests, while the final cleaning (included in the rate) is carried out by the hotel.
  The apartments must, however, be left in good condition.

- Guests who want to use the beach service on the day of arrival before 03.00 pm and on the day of departure after 10.00 am, can do so based on availability, paying a supplement equal to half a day.

- The delivery of the apartments is guaranteed from 05:00 pm, but we start with the apartments ready from 03:00 pm.
  On the day of departure they must be released by 10.00 am.
  All our services will no longer be available after check-out time.

- Pets are not allowed.

- The city tax is not included in the rates.
